MedRank is a 100% free, community-driven, and non-profit initiative designed solely to help medical students and professionals. We do not generate revenue, we do not run advertisements, nor do we charge institutions for rankings or visibility.

2. User-Generated Content & Liability Exemption

The reviews, ratings, and comments posted on this platform are entirely user-generated. MedRank does not verify the absolute accuracy of every review. We are strictly protected under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) as an "Intermediary". We are not legally responsible or liable for any third-party information, data, or communication link made available or hosted by users on our platform.

3. No Official Medical or Career Advice

The rankings and reviews on MedRank represent the subjective opinions of individuals. They should not be considered professional career advice or official medical institutional endorsements. Users must exercise their own judgment and perform their own research before making educational or career decisions.

4. Defamation and Takedown Policy

We encourage constructive criticism but strictly prohibit hate speech, personal attacks, or coordinated defamatory campaigns against any institution or individual.
